A Study for Preliminary Planning and Discussion Within the University Based Upon a Tentative Assumed Educational Program. Plan for use in connection with physical plant planning for Chicago Undergraduate Division's new campus. Primary attention has been given to defining specifications for the facilities required to replace the two-year program in operation in 1960 at Navy Pier.

Accessibility analysis done at the University of Illinois at the Medical Center "in order to begin to understand the many complex and oftentimes interrelated issues confronting a handicapped individual in regards to fixed facilities on campus." The report focuses on individuals using a wheelchair.
