View towards the Sears Tower (now Willis Tower) from the corner of Racine and Congress Parkway. The view includes part of the University of Illinois at Chicago campus: the Harrison Street parking structure is at right, behind the vacant lot in the foreground. A stretch of the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) is visible near the center of the image.
