Brubaker's sketch for a 1981 Perkins+Will study of the Schoenhofen Brewery on West 18th Street at South Canalport Avenue. On the left is the brewery's Administration Building; the structure on the right (1770 S. Canalport Avenue) was originally built as a powerhouse for the complex.
