23 de Septiembre de 1868; El Grito de Lares; El 23 de septiembre de 1868, se alzo el pueblo boricua contra el colonialismo español y proclamó a mundo se nacionalidad. En Lares se establece la primera Repùblica de Puerto Rico, se abolió la esclavidtud y el odioso sistema de libreta y se formó un gobierno provisional encabezado por el Presidente Francisco Ramirez Madina. [On September 23, 1868, the Puerto Rican people won against Spanish colonialism and proclaimed to the world its citizenship. Lares is set in the first Republic of Puerto Rico, was abolished and the odious system esclavidtud book and formed an interim government led by President Francisco Ramirez Madina.]
