Community Activities bring the city's government into the neighborhood. Mayor Richard J. Daley's campaign for a cleaner Chicago reached out to students in Chicago's schools and made them part of the Junior Citizen's Committee for a Cleaner Chicago. 1972 community activities at: John Addams, Annunciata, Bethlehem Lutheran, Orville T. Bright; Grissom; St. Francis de Paula; St. Francis de Sales, and George Washington schools; Armour, Hurley, Nativity of Our Lord, Queen of the Universe schools; Bradwell, Faulkner, Horace Mann, Our Lady of Peace, and St. Bride schools; Joseph Brennemann, Andrew Carnegie, William C. Goudy, Isabelle O'Keefe, St. Cyril, and George B. Swift schools; Bryn Mawr School; Kate S. Buckingham; Charles P. Caldwell, Amelia Earhart, Thomas Hoyne, Mary E.
