Sculpture and elevated walkway, University of Illinois at Chicago

 

View northwest showing the sculpture "Structural Arch in Time" by artist Jerald "Jerry" Jacquard installed on the plaza on the west side of University Hall. Jacquard was formerly a faculty member in the University's Art Department. The sculpture, made of Cor-Ten steel, is currently installed on campus just south of Science and Engineering South.A curving spiral ramp connecting the second story of University Hall to ground level runs across the top of the photograph, and a section of elevated walkway leading to the Behavioral Sciences Building is at the left.
