Located directly west of the Merchandise Mart, it is linked to that building by an enclosed bridge. The lower part of the Apparel Center consisted mainly of merchandise showrooms, while a hotel occupies the top ten floors. in 2018, the building was remade into an employment hub called 350 North Orleans.
