View in winter looking west along the north side of West 15th Street, just west of the intersection with South Rockwell Street. A row of nineteenth-century brick worker's cottages line the block. The house at the far right is located at 2602 West 15th Street. Kitchen chairs have been placed along the side of the street to save parking spots.
