The Lincoln Park Court Club (racquetball club) and an Arby's restaurant are located within the complex, at the northwest corner of North Avenue and North Wells Street. The three-story Victorian building with the circular turret, originally the Piper's Bakery building (1610 North Wells Street), was occupied by That Steak Joynt restaurant at the time of the photograph.
