Here we see Frank Mandel, brother of Leon Mandel, who started the campaign doing his bit toward making the campaign a success by taking a group of crippled children from the Martha Washington home for Crippled Children for an outing at the World's Fair. Mrs. Mandel is helping him entertain two of the children as they pose for photographers in the Court of Honor. The children are Alexander Pappas and Sylvia Cordinia.
