Buildings along the west bank of the Chicago River at Wolf Point

The low-rise buildings at 212 and 222 North Canal Street still stand, as well as the tall smokestack adjacent to them (located at the junction of North Clinton, West Fulton and West Milwaukee Streets). The Braun Bottles plant (now replaced by Left Bank at K Station) is visible, with a Metra train running on the elevated tracks behind it. The red brick warehouse building slightly to the left behind Braun Bottles was converted to the 600 West Fulton office building. At the far right of the image is Wolf Point, with the Fulton House Condominiums, a converted former warehouse building at 345 North Canal Street, visible across the river behind it. Part of the Cassidy Tire Company building (344 North Canal Street) is visible behind the condominium building.
