Shopping mall and community college complex
Hand-drawn site plan by C. William Brubaker of a combined shopping center and community college complex. A central cross-shaped mall connects each of the four large anchor spaces at the ends of the arms of the cross. Smaller spaces for labs, classrooms and shops are accessed from the central mall. Parking surrounds the complex on all sides.
