Pipers Alley Mall

The Walgreens drug store, at the northeast corner of that intersection, is part of this development. The Lincoln Park Court Club (racquetball club) and an Arby's restaurant are located within the complex, at the northwest corner of North Avenue and North Wells Street. The three-story Victorian building with the circular turret, originally the Piper's Bakery building (1610 North Wells Street), was occupied by That Steak Joynt restaurant at the time of the photograph.
