Eleanor "Sis" Daley stands next to a replica of the Chicago Water Tower built out of doughnuts on her 93rd birthday, while her son, Mayor Richard M. Daley (at left) looks on. Mrs. Daley acted as hostess of Chicago's 163rd birthday party at the Water Tower on North Michigan Avenue. She and the city of Chicago share the same birthday, March 4.
