Chicago Theater and Marshall Field's store
View looking south along the east side of North State Street, when the State Street Mall existed and the street was closed to automobile traffic. The Chicago Theater (175 North State Street) with its iconic sign is on the left. At the time, the musical "Kiss of the Spider Woman" starring Chita Rivera was playing there. The Marshall Field and Company Store (now Macy's State Street) is visible to the right of the theater.
