Six membership cards for Off-The-Street Club (OTSC) clubs glued to a scrapbook page. Cards shown are for The Swappers Club, Modern Craft Club, Best Pals Club, Phi Delta Club, The Red Knights, and The Young Flashes Club. OTSC sponsored many recreational and educational clubs for children.
