Twenty-five directors, all female, headed the project. The records of the Illinois Training School for Nurses (ITSN) document the history of the school from its inception until well after it ceased operation.

This collection was donated by Dr. Richard J. Anzalone, an alumnus of the College of Pharmacy, and retired Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacy Practice.
