The purpose of this study was to test the feasibility of the recommendations for the Forum/Lecture Center area proposed in the East Side Framework and Subcampus Plans. Includes a Master Plan Concept. Discusses a logical and cost-effective way to allow Center improvements. Areas included in the study are: University Hall, Study Area, Chicago Circle Center, Library, and Science & Engineering Offices.
