This collection contains sound files and transcripts of oral history interviews conducted with former Art and Architecture faculty members. The collection was created by Eileen Broido, working on a celebration of the history of the College in 2007. It also contains some biographical information compiled by Broido.

Saladin shares his thoughts about art, computers, and virtual reality via several videos highlighting his work from the 70’s and 90’s like, the Photobooth installation, Spiral Five, and the Cave Automatic Virtual Environment. Other topic discussed include Sandin’s inventions, student experiences in the program at UIC, and the Chicago Circle Graphics Habitat (now the Electronic Visualization Laboratory) role in original Star Wars movie.
